Services Purchase Agreement (SPA) This SPA agreement is for your protection, please read very carefully. This document will provide to you, the customer, and full disclosure, of any issues that may arise while using the service.
1. I wish to purchase the below listed service. I also understand and have researched using bulk email as an advertising method. If I am sending emails that contain my contact information such as my email address, phone number or website, I understand that sending bulk email for the purpose of advertising (also referred to as spamming) may cause my ISP to terminate my Internet account, and I may receive unwanted, vulgar replies to my messages. 2. I understand I have no money back guarantee and that under no circumstances will a refund be issued after purchasing this service. 3. I have fully researched this service before signing this Agreement and find the service appropriately meets my advertising needs. 4. I will NOT put a stop payment on my check, if I do, my account will be turned over to a collection agency for payment under this Agreement. Additionally, there will be a twenty percent (20%) collection fee added to the delinquent balance. 5. I hold Howard Herring and/or OcalaSuccess harmless to any liabilities resulting from my use or mis-use of the service. I understand OcalaSuccess is ONLY responsible for it’s OWN advertising. 6. I completely and unconditionally verify that I have received my service as promised. I understand that if I am ordering bulk email delivery services, Howard Herring and/or OcalaSuccess do not make any claims expressed or implied as to the response rate linked to the advertising or quantities of emails delivered. I also understand that Howard Herring and/or OcalaSuccess is not liable for any legal or criminal problems that may result from the delivery of my message to the intended recipients. 7. All signed fax copies of the Agreement shall be deemed as valid as an original. Description Price Quantity
